All Corporations are required to have an Annual Shareholder's Meeting, this date is specified in the By-Laws. LFMWC By-Laws are specific to May 10th @ 8:00PM. Not always the most convenient for all of the Shareholders. Some Corporations are now more vague with their dates like: "The first Saturday in May at Noon".
If the Board was decide to change this date for 2015; or Amend or Re-write the current By-Laws what day and time should we choose?
Please share your thoughts and ideas with the Board of Directors and Shareholders of the Lake Francis Mutual Water Company, Inc.

Electrical Expenses
In an effort to reduce our skyrocketing electric costs (over $500 in July 2014) we had a Timer installed on the Float Device in our Storage Tanks. This will trigger our Well Pumps to only turn on during off-peak PG&E times. We have also switched our PG&E Account for the Well Pumps from Residential to Commercial which will give even lower rates.
