Electrical Expenses
In an effort to reduce our skyrocketing electric costs (over $500 in July 2014) we had a Timer installed on the Float Device in our Storage Tanks. This will trigger our Well Pumps to only turn on during off-peak PG&E times. We have also switched our PG&E Account for the Well Pumps from Residential to Commercial which will give even lower rates.
